We will confirm whether we can serve your property, what the work involves, and what it costs before any work begins. Appointment times depend on availability and on conditions in the field, including weather.
Pricing and service plans
Any prices, plan descriptions, or comparisons on this site are summaries meant to help you understand what we offer. The written service agreement you sign governs your service, including what is covered, what it costs, how often we come out, and how it renews or ends. Payment
Payment terms, billing frequency, and cancellation are set out in your service agreement. Recurring plans continue until cancelled as described there.
Service results
Pest control depends on conditions we do not control, including the age and construction of a structure, moisture, landscaping, neighboring properties, weather, and how fully recommended preparation is completed. We apply licensed, professional treatment and we stand behind our work as described in your service agreement, but we do not promise a permanent absence of pests unless your agreement says so in writing. Any warranty or retreatment commitment is the one in your agreement.
Licensing
Pisgah Pest Control, Inc. is licensed in North Carolina, and our technicians apply pesticides in accordance with state law and product labeling.
Communications
When you give us your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your request, your appointments, and your service by phone, text, and email.
